Overview

A great opportunity to enjoy trekking in jungle, mountains and the beautiful scenery in 3 hours. Then, we will relax with elephant riding, visiting Pak Ou cave (Buddha cave) and Lao – Lao traditional whiskey village.

What you can expect

This one day trip start in the morning by pick you up from the office or your Hotel at 8:30am and then drive Northward on Route No.13 for about an hour to Ban Hardmard. 

Then, we will start trekking an easy walk passing jungle bushes for 1 hour. Next, it is time to climb up a hill passing through the jungle and down hill to cross streams at the foot of mountains. You can also see some wild animals like birds or snakes.

After trekking for 3 hours we will arrive where we stop for lunch at our Elephant camp. Then, we will relax with elephant riding in about 1 hour and continue our trip by minivan about 30 minutes to Pak Ou Cave where you can see hundred of Buddha images.

Next, we take our van back to taste Lao-Lao whiskey from the local producers, and see how they make the whiskey from the sticky rice and test a little bit.

Finally, we we take our minivan back to city about 4:30 pm.
